Chocolate Cake

This recipe is from South Africa. It's light, not really healthy, but really good :)
Enjoy it!


4 eggs
1 cup (250 ml) sugar
Beat together +/- 5 min with the mixer

1 cup (250 ml) flour
1/2 cup (125 ml) cocoa powder
1 packet baking powder (15g)
1 packet vanilla
Add to the mix sugar eggs

1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup boiling water
Add to the rest and mix with mixer till well mixed

Bake at 180°C with recirculating air +/- 25 minutes (3rd from above)

Chocolate Glacé
1 black chocolate bar (200g)
milk
Cook the chocolate with milk until smooth and add it on top of the cake.
